I invented the “train lunch” a long time ago to limit the complaining 
He has to finish everything in Car #1 to move onto Car #2 and so on. 
It’s literally the EXACT lunch he’d get on a plate and whine about, but apparently this makes it fun 
Portions are small, and he never has to finish the last car if he’s full!
